ORDINANCE NO. 5079
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Section 18.2006 of Article VI, entitled "No Parking Anytime" of the Mount
Prospect Village Code shall be amended by deleting the four entries for EImhurst Avenue (and
Road) and inserting in lieu thereof the following new four entries for Elmhurst Avenue (and
Road) to be and read as follows:

Elmhurst Ave. East and West Btw. Golf Rd. and Prospect Ave.
Elmhurst Rd. West Btw. Golf Rd. and Oakton St.
Elmhurst Rd. East and West Btw. Golf Rd. and Prospect Ave.
Elmhurst Rd. East and West Btw. Kensington Rd. and Camp
McDonald Rd.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Corcoran, Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
