AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 22
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Section 22.106, entitled "Prohibited Discharges" of Chapter 22 of the
Mount Prospect Village Code shall be amended by adding a new paragraph (G) at the
end of the section to be and read as follows:
"G. Part of the improvement of Route 83 (Elmhurst
Road/Main Street) between Route 14
(Northwest Highway) and Golf Road."
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Corcoran, Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
