Call to Order 9:05 a.m.
Attendance Teresa VanOpdorp, Sandy DiCaro, Paul Seils, Haley Schechter Winkler, Vicki Busse,
Maura Drews, Christina Greco and Brian Lambel
Absent Jill Friedrichs and Lizzet Stone Witkowski
Guests None
Citizens to be Heard None
*Open Bar for future Celestial Celebrations
*Orchestra 31 to be hired for 2018 with dancers
*Saturdays for all future dinner dances
*Dinner service was scattered and could have been more uniformed, yet hard with 600 guests
* Dessert table set up after dinner so the guests aren't taking it beforehand
*red carpet backdrop was perfect spot but to remove the silent auction somewhere else
It became to crowded
*champagne walking in was a nice touch
* close off the second dance floor with tables we did not need it for dancing - more room
