Acting Chairperson Powers called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m. for conducting Fire Department
Interviews.
Roll Call: James Powers, Acting Chairperson
Charles Bennett, Commissioner
Mark Busse, Commissioner
Excused: Michaele Skowron, Chairperson
Jackie Hinaber, Commissioner
Also Present: John Dolan, Deputy Fire Chief
Kevin Wilson, Battalion Chief

No one in attendance.
CLOSED SESSION
Acting Chairperson Powers asked for a motion to go into Closed Session at 3:01 p.m. under Personnel 5
II -CS 120/2 (c) (1) -The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of
specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an
employee to determine its validity, and to conduct Fire Department background oral interviews.
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Busse to go into Closed
Session.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bennett, Busse, Powers Nays: None
Motion Carried
At the conclusion of the interviews, the Board returned to open session with everyone present from the
previous session.
With no further business, the Board unanimously agreed to adjourn the meeting.
