ORDINANCE NO. 6307
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18,
'TRAFFIC' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR
HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2008, SCHEDULE VIII "WEEKDAY PARKING," of Chapter
18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended, by deleting the following:
Hours
"Name of Street Side of Street Prohibited Description
Cathy Lane East At any time the first 500' north of Central
Road."
SECTION TWO: That Section 18.2006, "SCHEDULE VII — "NO PARKING AT ANYTIME," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting the
following:
"Name of Street Side of Street Description
Cathy Lane East the first 230' north of Central
Road"
SECTION THREE: That Section 18.2008, SCHEDULE VIII, "WEEKDAY PARKING," of
Chapter 18, "Traffic," of the Village Code as amended is further amended by inserting the
following:
Hours
"Name of Street Side of Street Prohibited At Intersection With
Cathy Lane East At any time between 230' and 500'
north of Central Road."
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
