MINUTES
COFFEE WITH COUNCIL
TRUSTEES ROOM, VILLAGE HALL
10:00 A.M.
MAY 9, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. Present were Mayor Gerald Farley,
Trustees Paul Hoefert and Irvana Wilks and Police Chief Ronald Pavlock.

Mr. Watson had a question about
private property. The Mayor and
responsibility. License purchased.

A discussion was held on zoning issues and parking concerns
in
the
commuter lots. Commuter Lot - Signs
read "Do not back into
stalls."
However, Ordinance Section 18.1323 "B" reads "Park facing meter -
Do
not
back in" or "Park facing bumper - Do not
back in." It was a consensus
of
the Mayor and Board Members present
that the Ordinance should
be
amended to read the same as the current
posted signs which are
easy
to
understand, "Do not back into stalls."
Trustee Wilks gave an update on the Right -of -Way Obstruction Committee.
Meeting adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
