COFFEE WITH COUNCIL
Saturday, April 10, 1993
10:00 a.m.
Trustees Room, Village Hall
Mayor Gerald L. Farley convened the monthly Coffee With Council
meeting at 10:00 a.m.
Those present were: Mayor Gerald L. Farley, Trustees Timothy J.
Corcoran, Paul Wm. Hoefert and Irvana K. Wilks, Village Manager
Michael E. Janonis, Police Chief Ronald Pavlock and Police
Commander Joseph Kolanowski and his son, Steven.
Residents in attendance were: Al Boldt, Patrick Creen, Merrill and
Marie Cotten and David Schein.
Mr. Boldt asked the status on the real estate transfer tax
legislation. Mr. Janonis indicated that it would be going out to
the Mayor and Board in the near future.
Mr. Creen asked for an update on the Linneman Road reconstruction
discussions. He had been out of town for the last meeting. Mr.
Janonis gave everyone an update. Trustee Hoefert asked for a cost
comparison on pavers as discussed in a recent government
publication. Mr. Janonis advised he will have staff review the
publication.
Mr. Schein discussed a problem he was having with a neighbor's
cats. He was- of the current ordinances as they pertain to

meeting was adjourned at 11:00 a.m. for the tour. The tour
