Plan Commission Minutes Page 2 Several members of the Wedgewood Subdivision Homeowners Association and the Prospect Manor Homeowners Association were present at the Plan Commission meeting. Both associations asked staff and the Plan Commission to reconsider their recommendations for proposing commercial and townhome developments to be located along Rand Road north and south of Prospect Manor Avenue and Wedgewood Lane. Both associations would be in support of single family or low density residential developments at these locations. Mr. Ungerleider provided an illustration of an acceptable method in designing these types of subdivisions limiting curb cuts to Rand Road, and the streets entering into each of these association neighborhoods. Members present from each of the associations expressed that they would support the described design. Marshall Ponzi requested that staff refer in the corridor plan of the covenants and restrictions for the residential properties located in the Wedgewood and Prospect Manor Subdivisions. He expressed that it is essential that we notify any perspective developers of these properties that they need to receive approval from these associations prior to making application with the Village. Mr. Harold Ettinger, resident living at 415 North Maple, expressed that he had concerns regarding the realignment of Business Center Drive to Gregory. He asked the Plan Commission and staff if he could be given the opportunity to review the Village's documentation regarding the Plan Commission's current recommendation to realign these streets. Mr. Ungerleider explained that he would be glad to provide him with any information that staff has regarding these matters. The Plan Commission tentatively scheduled the pubic hearing required for the corridor plan for Wednesday, July 17, 1996.
