Minutes of meeting November 2,1977
Present: Chairman Ronchetto, Commissioners Bachhuber,
Beier,Friedl, Hasse, Linkman, Miller and Ex
Officio member Richard L. Jesse, Mount Prospect
Finance Director.
The Meeting was called to orderat 8 P.M. by Chairman
Ronchetto. The minutes of the October 11, 1077 meeting
were corrected to include Commissioner Linkman as a
member of the sub committee to look info the bond
reserve fund deficiency. The minutes were then approved
as corrected. The minutes of the October 15, 1977
meeting were approved as transmitted.
Commissioner Hasse discussed briefly the report
"Financial Projections for the Village for the three
years ending April 30, 1981". Mayor Krause and the Village
Board Will meet with the Finance Commission on Thursday,
November 10, 1977 at 7;30 P.M. to discuss the report.
The sub committee of Commissioners Miller, Linkman and
Beier formed at the meeting of October 11,1977 to study
a bond reserve fund deficiency, reported their findings
and after a lengthy discussion the sub committee was
instructed to prepare a written memo for presentation
at the next meeting.
Chairman Ronchetto adjourned the meeting.
