Insurance Commission
Minutes of Meeting of July 14, 1977
Notice of meeting called by member Terry Frakes was sent to all
members July 7, 1977.
Meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M.
Members Present: Terry Frakes, Paul Christoffersen
Absent: Roy Swenson
Others Present: Assistant Village Manager Edward A. Geick,
Finance Director Richard L. Jesse
Upon consent of members present, the following officers were named:
Chairman Terry Frakes
Vice Chairman Roy Swenson
Secretary Paul Christoffersen
Deferred Compensation:
Finance Director was requested to prepare copies of ICMA Retirement
Corporation Deferred Compensation Plan Summary to be distributed to all
Commission members. This subject will be reviewed at the next meeting before
inviting those other interested parties. It is tentatively scheduled to
hear representatives of deferred compensation proposals at the September
meeting.
Risk Management Study:
Commission members will review the Risk Management Study and make
comments on recommendation submitted in the Summary of Risk Management at
the next meeting. Radtke Insurance Agency is requested to supply copies of
our policies and loss figures for the past 3 years.
Next Meeting:
Next meeting will be held on August 10, 1977 at 7:30 P.M.
