FINANCE COMMISSION
March 28, 1984
I. Roll Call
Finance Director David Jepson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Commissioners present were Richard Bachhuber, William Holloway, Tom
Pekras and Ann Smilanic. Commissioner Paul Davies arrived at 7:45 P.M.
Village Manager Terrance Burghard arrived at 7:50 P.M.
II. 1984/85 Budget Report
Commission members reviewed a draft copy of a report prepared by
Richard Bachhuber summarizing the Commissioners' review of the 1984/85
budget document. Each section was reviewed with several additions added
to the report. The Finance Commission Report on the 1984/85 Budget is
attached and made a part of these minutes.
Commissioners expressed satisfaction that the information supplied was
sufficient and that the report as revised accurately summarized their
study. They expressed their appreciation to the Village Manager and all
staff members for their cooperation.
III. Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
