a) Liquor License Application- "Sweet Alice Texas"
This is an application for a B (consumption on premises) license
for a proposed restaurant, to be operated at Wille Street and
Northwest Highway (Wille's Hardware site). The application
and a narrative which was prepared by the owner are attached.
It is unclear from this narrative whether a bar is being planned
for this establishment; if only restaurant -type comsumption
is anticipated, an R license (consumption at dining tables
only) would be more appropriate. Mr. James Haas will be coming
from Dallas,Texas for this meeting.
b) Busse Road Watermain
Mr. Miller has requested that this item be discussed. Mrs.
Peppler will give the committee a report on this project's
status in the budget.
c) Audit for FY 1979-80 - Lester Witte & Company
The arrangement letter for auditing services is attached. The
cost range $.12,000-14,000 is the same as last year.
d) Fiscal Policy
Mrs. Peppler will present a plan for discussion.
e) Insurance Reimbursement Update
Mrs. Peppler met with representatives of the Department of
Insurance and GIE to discuss the return of our $156,000
deposit. She will update the Committee.
