a) Liquor License Application - "Arlington Club Beverage Co."
This business currently holds a liquor license, Class P:
Retail Package - non -refrigerated beer and wine only -- no
consumption on premises. They are requesting permission
to sell keg beer which must be refrigerated. Under our
ordinance this would require them to obtain a Class C:
Retail package only, which would give them full package'
store privileges. Another option would be to amend Class
P to allow for refrigerated beer or to create a new separate
class for beer and wine only.. The petitioners will be present.
All fees have been paid.
b) Fringe Benefit Information
Attached is a memo defining certain of the Villages employee
fringe benefits for discussion.
c) Budget Preparation Process
Mr. Miller has asked for a general discussion of the budget
process and how to streamline it for next year. He wishes to
discuss the policy impact of this budget on the September
tax levy.
