2. Fee Survey continued -
A further sample of the comparative communities was taken
to "fill in the gaps" for Department Stores, Manufacturers, and
Retailers. The updated pages are attached.
Carol Fields has provided some clarification of the question
raised about licensing office space.
A legal opinion is included from the Village attorney regarding
the state statutory prohibition on local licensing of certain specific
businesses.
A memo regarding police calls to liquor establishments is also
included.
4: Discussion of the Budget Process -
Attached are the minutes of the May 13, 1980 Meeting of the
Finance Committee concerning the Committee's recommendations for
the Budget Process.
5. Police Car Purchase Survey -
Attached are the responses received form the car dealers
who had declined to bid on a recent purchase of police cars.
