a) Liquor License Application - Barone's Pizza
This is an existing license in an establishment that the
Melissa & Melinda Corporation, Joseph J. Caruso, President,
is attempting to purchase. Mr. Caruso is requesting a
transfer of this license into his corporate name. All
requirements have been met by Mr. Caruso. Petitioners
will be present.
b) Medical Insurance
Arthur J. Gallagher, Broker.
Mr. Jim Durkin will be in attendance to discuss the
attached Annual Review and Market Survey conducted on
behalf of the Village. The renewal date for the policy
is now June 1, 1980. Eight companies submitted quotations
for Life and Medical coverage including the Village's
current carrier, Connecticut General. A self-insurance
program is also outlined for consideration.
