1. Industrial Revenue Bond Request
Advanced Systems, Inc. has applied to the Village for the
issuance of $6 million in Industrial Revenue Bonds for the
acquisition of a building and facilities in Rauenhorst.
Their application is attached; representatives will be
present. Certain important documents were not included in
this application -- it is anticipated they will be avail-
able at the Meeting.
2. Review of Annual Audit
Attached is a copy of the Village's annual audit. Laurence
Salasche and Irwin Lyons of Lester Witte & Company will be
present for discussion.
3. Boesche Property Acquisition Financing
Report attached.
4, Legal Fee Update
Attached is a report of the legal fees which have been paid
this fiscal year. For reference purposes, last year's report
has also been included. The letter from Ross Hardies to the
auditors discusses the cases individually.
5. Liquor License Fee Update
Memo from the Village Manager is attached.
