1. Liquor License Application. A & P Food Store.
This is a request for a retail package license for the
A & P Store on Elmhurst Road. Store representatives
will be present.
2. Liquor License Fee Discussion.
All liquor license holders have been invited to the
continuing discussion on raising liquor license fees.
3. Audit Modification Update.
At the request of the Village Board, Lester Witte &
Company has submitted an outline of what it would
take to modify the annual audit to include the Library
as part of the report. This letter and comments from
Ron Norene, the village bond consultant will be discussed.
4. Community Development Block Grant Audit.
This is an audit required by HUD of the past two years
of Community Development Block Grant monies which have
been received by the Village. An arrangement letter
from Lester Witte is attached, this audit will be paid
for out of CDBG funds.
