Centennial Celestial Dinner Centerpieces Have tall alternating with low centerpieces. Need to figure out a centerpiece budget. Would like to have some type of light in the centerpieces. Invitations Will be going in the mail this week. Need to be labeled and posted. Cotillion Teresa talked to Cotillion about a "late night" food service. A taco bar would be possible if we don't serve the beef platter and pay $1.50 per person. SEC members would like to see something more dress friendly. There will be champagne and wine service when guests arrive. No charge at the coat check. Capannari and Nothing Bundt Cake have agreed to be part of the Sweet Table. Need to ask Central Continental Bakery if they would make a 100th anniversary cake. Cotillion can provide the stage that Orchestra 33 is requesting. A DJ needs to be found and the cigar lady contacted. Kaitlyn Bradley and the PHS combo is still a work in progress. Need to get to Cotillion to pick out linen so we can proceed on other decisions.
