1. Liquor License Fee Application - Moloney's
This is an application for an R license, restaurant
consumption at tables only for Moloney's Family
Restaurant on Elmhurst Road. Representatives from
Moloney's will be present.
2. Library Long -Term Financing Plan
Mr. Miller will lead a discussion of the possible
long-term solution to the library's financing needs.
Mr. Miller and staff will present pertinent data
at the meeting.
3. Audit Arrangement Letter - Lester Witte & Company
Attached is a proposal for the audit for the fiscal
year ending April 30, 1981 from Lester Witte &
Company. This arrangement letter includes special
provisions for an in-depth look at the new computer
system; this special work would only be required
this year because of the new system. Last year's
cost was $14,000; this year's quote is $18,000
because of the more extensive study that is
anticipated.
4. Clarification of the Budget Officer Provisions of
the Village Code
Mr. Burghard will attend to discuss with the
committee the possible clarification of the
budget amendment procedures of the Village Code.
