I Call to Order
II Acceptance of Minutes of July 27, 1989
III Elevated Tank Replacement
The Village Board has requested that the Finance Commission review the
financial analysis comparing the costs related to maintaining and rehabi-
litating the existing 1 million gallon elevated storage tank or replacing
the tank with a new tank. Attached are copies of memos from the Public
Works Director and the Finance Director that were presented to the Village
Board on August 8, 1989. Additionally, the Finance Director has prepared a
further analysis which is also attached.
Public Works Director Herb Weeks will be in attendance along with Finance
Director Dave Jepson to review the above material with you.
The Village Board would like a recommenoatioi .'rooi the Finance Commission
as soon as possible. (Copies of the minutes of the Village Board Meeting
of August 6, 1989 are attached.)
