CALL TO ORDER
President Figolah called the meeting to order at 8:38 A.M.

Present upon roll call:
Chief Figolah, President
Mayor Farley
Don Burger, Firefighter
Sam Baas, Firefighter
Jeff Ricker, Firefighter
Absent Steve Dumovich, Retired Firefighter
Velma Lowe, Village Clerk
Village Attorney
Doug Ellsworth
APPROVE AGENDA
Chief Figolah, seconded by Sam Baas moved to approve the Agenda as presented.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Mayor Farley, Burger, Baas, Ricker.
Nays: None
Motion Carried
NEW BUSINESS
Sam Baas made a motion to approve Mathew Cannings pension, second by Jeff
Ricker.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Mayor Farley, Burger, Baas, Ricker.
Nays: None
Motion Carried
ADJOURNMENT
Jeff Ricker, seconded by Sam Baas moved to adjourn the meeting.
