CALL TO ORDER
Chief Figolah called the meeting to order at 8:48A M.

APPROVE AGENDA
Mayor Farley, seconded by Don Burger moved :to approve the agenda as
presented.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Ellsworth, Farley, Lowe,; Burger.
Nays: None

APPROVE MINUTES
Mayor Farley, seconded by Don Burger moved to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting of the Mount Prospect Firemen's Pension Board held January 21,
2001.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Ellsworth, Farley,, Lowe, Burger

TREASURER'S REPORT
Doug Ellsworth presented the financial statement for —March 31, 2002.
As of March 31, 2002 the Fund had net assets with a book value totaling $33.1
million.
As if March 31, 2002 the book value of the Fund's portfolio exceeded the market
value of the investments by $20,689.
Disbursements by vendors for the quarter were $13,180.52
Rick Potter discussed the investments results for the March quarter, and for the
year.
Velma Lowe, seconded by Mayor Farley moved to approve the Treasurer's report
as presented.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Ellsworth, Farley, Lowe, Burger
Nays: None

COMMITTEE REPORTS
No committee reports were presented.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion by Burger, Second by Lowe to accept Firefighter Richard Schwegler into
the pension fund.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Ellsworth, Farley, Lowe, Baas, Burger,
Dumovich.
Nays: None
Motion Carried
Motion by Dumovich, Second by Baas to accept fiduciary Liability Insurance
renewal.
Upon roll call: Ayes: Figolah, Ellsworth, Farley, Lowe, Baas, Burger,
Dumovich.
