CALL TO ORDER
Fire Chief Mike Figolah called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chief Figolah, President
David Erb, Treasurer
Irvana Wilks, Mayor
Sam Baas, Retired Firefighter
Jim Juliano, Retired Firefighter
Lisa Angell, Village Clerk
Jeff Ricker, Firefighter
Don Burger, Secretary
Absent: Village Attorney
Also Present:
Cary Collins, Board Attorney
Richard Reimer, Applicant Attorney
Andrew Brousseau, Applicant
Janice Heinemann, Court Reporter
APPROVE AGENDA
Mr. Erb seconded by Mr. Baas, moved to approve the Agenda
Upon roll: Ayes: Mayor Wilks, Ms. Angell, Mr. Juliano, Mr. Ricker, Mr. Erb,
Mr. Burger, Mr. Baas
Opposed: Chief Figolah
Motion carried.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Chief Figolah opened the special meeting with a request of a duty -related
pension for Firefighter Paramedic Andy Brousseau.
The meeting was then turned over to Board Attorney Cary Collins who then went
on to talk about the procedure. These notes are in the report from the court
reporter.
Mr. Erb seconded by Mayor Wilks moved to go into executive session.
Upon roll: Ayes: Chief Figolah, Mayor Wilks, Ms. Angell, Mr. Erb,
Opposed: Mr. Juliano, Mr. Ricker, Mr. Burger, Mr. Baas
Motion Denied.
Mr. Ricker seconded by Mr. Burger moved to grant Mr. Brousseau his duty -
related pension.
Upon roll: Ayes: Chief Figolah, Mayor Wilks, Ms. Angell, Mr. Juliano,
Mr. Ricker, Mr. Erb, Mr. Burger, Mr. Baas
Opposed: None
Motion Carried,
V. ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Erb, seconded by Mr. Bass, moved to adjourn the meeting.
Motion approved. The meeting was adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
