Broadacre Management will provide an update on their work on the downtown
redevelopment project, with emphasis on the following items:
A. Market Study A summary of results from the comprehensive downtown
marketing study.
B. Concentual Plan Discussion of a conceptual site plan, including aa
overview of proposed uses and an update on relocation plans by Northwest
Electrical Supply.
C. Proiect Financin~
D. Tax Increment Financine Explanation of use of TIF as necessary financing
mechanism.
E. Auartments for the Elderly Discussion of pending grant application for
apartments for the elderly and Village obligations.

Continued discussion of the revised Comprehensive Plan, page 44.
