AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PARKING RATES SET FORTH IN
APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.1322 C.1. b entitled "Pay Parking Zones" of Appendix A, Division 11 of the
Village Code, as amended, is hereby further amended in its entirety; so that hereinafter said Section 18.1322
C.1.b of Appendix A, Division II shall be and read as follows:
"SECTION 18.1322: PAY PARKING ZONES
C.1. Parking within Municipal Parking Lots
b. Deposit: $2.00."
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
