Chairperson Skowron called the meeting to order at 2:45 p.m. for conducting Fire Department Interviews.
Roll Call: Michaele Skowron, Chairperson
Charles Bennett, Commissioner
Mark Busse, Commissioner
Absent: Jackie Hinaber, Commissioner
James Powers, Commissioner
Also Present: John Dolan, Deputy Fire Chief
Randy Uidl, Battalion Chief
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
No one in attendance.
Chairperson Skowron asked for a motion to go into closed session.
CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Busse to go into Closed
Session at 2:46 p.m. under Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) -The appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony
on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity, and to conduct Fire Department
background oral interviews.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bennett, Busse, Skowron Nays: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to open session with everyone present from the previous session.
With no further business, a motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner
Busse to adjourn the meeting.
