Roll Call Vicki Busse, Jill Friedrichs, Christina Greco, Linda Hoefert and Teresa VanOpdorp
Absent Sandy DiCaro,Maura Drews, Paul Seils, Fred Steinmiller, Tarina Wimmer and Lizzet Stone -
Witkowski
Call to Order 9:05 a.m.
With a majority of the commission members missing there was no quorum. An informal discussion was
held with the following points being conclusion of each topic.
Financial Report A report was given by Teresa VanOpdorp.
SEC List Members in attendance confirmed or corrected their personal information.
Christkindlmarket
-Thought the event was a great success.
House Decorating
-Paul Seils sent an email asking members to get their selections in to him ASAP.
Celestial Celebration 2016
-Nominations for Shining Stars have been given to the selection committee.
-There are a few new members on the selection committee.
-Winners will be announced in the upcoming week.
-Talked about decorations and past silent auction materials. Must be found!!!
Celestial Celebration 2017
-There has been no formal commitment from the Village of Mount Prospect.
Next Meeting Saturday, January 9, 2016 9:00 a.m., Community Room, Village Hall.
(Meeting delayed one week because of the new year holiday weekend.)
