CERTAIN WATERMAIN AND SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS
LOCATED AT RANDHURST VILLAGE, 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS

RESOLUTION NO. 26-15
A RESOLUTION ABROGATING A PORTION OF
CERTAIN WATERMAIN AND SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS
LOCATED AT RANDHURST VILLAGE, 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD,
MOUNT PROSPECT ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, after due consideration,
have determined that the best interests of the Village of Mount Prospect would be served by
abrogating certain watermain and sanitary sewer easements as shown in Exhibit "A,"; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined that there
is no evidence of significant use of this area for watermain or sanitary sewer easements; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the watermain and sanitary sewer easements as shown in Exhibit "A" is
hereby abrogated and it is hereby declared that the same is no longer required for public use and
that the public interest will be served by such abrogation.
SECTION TWO: That the abrogation is hereby granted for watermain and sanitary sewer
easements and the Plat of Easement Abrogation attached as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for
appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat is incorporated into and made part of this
resolution.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.

ABSENT: None
