There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ-12-15/101 and 103 South Busse Road and 1420 and 1421 West Central Road (Exhibit B) Mount Prospect School District 57 nd 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAP AMENDMENT (REZONING) TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE LOCATED AT 101 AND 103 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD AND 1420 AND 1421 WEST CENTRAL ROAD This ordinance rezones 101 and 103 South Busse Road from RX Single Family Residence to R-1 Single-Family Residence and 1420 and 1421 West Central Road from CR Conservation Recreation to R-1 Single-Family Residence. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this request by a vote of 7-0. nd B. 2 Ttion of Code of Mount Prospect. The proposed modifications to Chapter 4 would allow permanent residents to be appointed to the position of sworn police officer. Staff request withdrawal of the request to amend Chapter 4, Officers C. Motion to accept proposal for website hosting, re-design, development and implementation from Vision Internet in an amount not to exceed $70,265. (By a vote of 5-0 this item was deferred until the July 7, 2015 Village Board meeting.) XI.NEW BUSINESS * A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER (Exhibit C) INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to enter into an Intergovern- mental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for pedestrian crossing improvements at Central Road and Weller Lane. * B. A RESOLUTION ABROGATING A PORTION OF CERTAIN WATERMAIN AND (Exhibit D) SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS LOCATED AT RANDHURST VILLAGE, 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS This resolution abrogates certain watermain and sanitary sewer easements located at Randhurst Village. Page 2 of 3 Village Board Agenda July 7, 2015 * st C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6148 GRANTING A (Exhibit E) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, CONDITIONAL USE FOR A DRIVE-THROUGH ESTABLISHMENT & VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 990-1145 MOUNT PROSPECT PLAZA, 940-950 EAST RAND ROAD AND 1200-1200 EAST CENTRAL ROAD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 6148 by granting a one (1) year extension (July 15, 2016) for Conditional Uses and Variation for the property located at 990-1145 Mount Prospect Plaza, 940-950 East Rand Road and 1200-1220 East Central Road. st D. 1 reading of (Exhibit F) AN IMPROVEMENT OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT 15 specific to the waiver of fees and permits for non-profit and governmental agencies. Motion to accept bid for 2015 high-service pump rehabilitation in an amount not to exceed $55,286. * C.
