Please be advised that the Mount Prospect Firefighter Pension Board will
continue the administrative hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 9:00 AM at 112
East Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect, Illinois regarding the Determination of
Disability for Torrie H. Takoy.
That the applicant may be represented by legal counsel and may provide
testimony and evidence in support of her position on this matter to the Mount
Prospect Firefighter Pension Board.
That the hearing is being conducted under the authority granted the Mount
Prospect Firefighter Pension Fund under Chapter 40 Act 5 Section 4 of the Illinois
Revised Statutes.
