PZ-12-15/101 and 103 South Busse Road and 1420 and 1421 West Central Road (Exhibit A) Mount Prospect School District 57 st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAP AMENDMENT (REZONING) TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE (BOARD OF EDUCATION MOUNT PROSPECT SCHOOL DISTRICT 57) LOCATED AT 101 AND 103 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD AND 1420 AND 1421 WEST CENTRAL ROAD This ordinance rezones 101 and 103 South Road from RX Single Family Residence To R-1 Single-Family Residence and 1420 and 1421 West Central Road from CR Conservation Recreation to R-1 Single-Family Residence. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this request by a vote of 7-0. st B. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER (Exhibit B) PROSPECT, ILLINOIS cellaneous Regulations of the Village Code to comply with state regulations under the Illinois Charitable Games Act. st C. 1 (Exhibit C) I AND IV OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS This ordinance amends g the term and definition of vicious animal. st D. 1 (Exhibit D) This ordinance amends Article VIII Code of Mount Prospect. The proposed modifications to Chapter 4 would allow permanent residents to be appointed to the position of sworn police officer. XIIVILLAGE MAN . A.
