FINANCE COMMISSION
Minutes of the Meeting
February 5, 2015

I.Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:05p.m. Those present included Chairman Vince
Grochocinski and Commissioners Pam Bazan, Trisha Chokshi, John Kellerhals, Tom
Pekras and Don Ocwieja. Finance Director David Erb was also in attendance.
II.Approval of Minutes
October 30, 2014, Commissioner Tom Pekras motioned to approve the minutes. Trisha
Chokshi seconded the motion. Motion passed.
III.Citizens to be Heard
There was a brief discussion of the Finance Commission’s recommendations related to
the 2015 Village property tax increase and operating budget versus what the Board of
trustees approved.
IV.Old Business
There was no Old Business.
V.New Business
The Finance Commission developed the 2015 plan or subject matter for the year’s
scheduled meetings.
VI.Other Business
There was no other business.
VII.Chairman’s Report
There was no Chairman’s Report.
VIII.Finance Director’s Report
There was no Finance Director’s Report.
IX.Next Meeting: February 27, 2014

The next meeting will be Thursday, February 21, 2015, 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 1
Floor Community Center.
X.Adjournment
Commissioner Kellerhals moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Bazan seconded
the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:37pm.
