April 14, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Juracek called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Trustee Paul Hoefert
Trustee John Korn
Trustee John Matuszak
Trustee Steven Polit
Trustee Richard Rogers
Trustee Michael Zadel
SPECIAL MEETING BUSINESS ITEM:
Reconsideration of action taken on April 8, 2015 with respect to Village Manager's Separation Agreement
to correct technical procedural matter and such action will allow all Elected Officials to participate.
Mayor Juracek stated the Special Meeting is being conducted for the reconsideration of Village Board
action taken on April 8, 2015 with respect to the Village Manager's Separation and Settlement Agreement
to correct a technical procedure and allow all officials the opportunity to vote. Trustee Rogers was absent
from the April 8, 2015 meeting.
Trustee Rogers, made a motion to reconsider the vote to authorize the execution of the Village Manager's
Separation and Release Agreement. The motion was seconded by Trustee Hoefert.
Upon Roll Call: Ayes: Hoefert, Korn, Matuszak, Polit, Rogers, Zadel
Nays: None
Motion carried.
Trustee Polit made a motion to approve the execution of the Separation and Release Agreement between
the Village Manager, Michael E. Janonis, and the Village of Mount Prospect. The motion was seconded
by Trustee Hoefert.
Upon Roll Call: Ayes: Hoefert, Matuszak, Polit, Rogers, Juracek
Nays: Korn, Zadel
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to discuss Mayor Juracek asked for a motion to adjourn.
Trustee Korn, seconded by Trustee Polit, moved to adjourn the meeting.
By unanimous vote the April 14, 2015 Village Board Special Meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
