SUBJECT: RECONSIDERATION OF SEPARATION AGREEMENT APRIL 14, 2015
A Special Meeting has been scheduled prior to the Committee of the Whole meeting on
April 14, 2015. The Special Meeting will be held for reconsideration of Village Board
action taken on April 8, 2015 with respect to the Village Managers Separation and
Settlement Agreement to correct a technical procedure and will allow all elected officials
to participate in such action.
While the majority of the Trustees present at the April 8, 2015 Village Board meeting
voted in favor of the action, (3 to 2 vote) in accordance of Section 2.201 (c) (2) a
majority vote of those holding office is needed for approval; therefore, 4 votes.
