July 26, 2013
I. CALL TO ORDER — ROLL CALL
President John Malcolm called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m.
Present upon roll call: John Malcolm — President
David Erb —Treasurer
Joe Knoll — Secretary/Firefighter
Jim East — FOIA/OMA Officer/Firefighter
Sam Baas — Retired Firefighter
II. APPROVE AGENDA
Motion was made by Sam Baas, seconded by Jim East, to accept the
agenda as submitted.
Motion was unanimously approved.
III. CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
None were present.
IV. CONSIDERATION OF AND ACTION' ON THE REMOVAL OF CURRENT
PENSION BOARD ATTORNEY
President Malcolm spoke regarding the possibility of immediate removal of
Cary Collins as the attorney for the Pension Fund based upon
performance issues. All members shared their individual concerns and
discussion ensued.
Motion was made by Joe Knoll to retain Cary Collins as the attorney for
the Pension Fund, second to the motion by Sam Baas.

V. RETENTION OF INTERIM ATTORNEY
Not applicable.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Sam Baas moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Dave Erb.
Motion was unanimously approved at approximately 9:15 a.m.
