Elmhurst Road, no longer desires to serve alcoholic beverages and creates a Class "B" license for the Snuggery, 1799 S. Busse Road. C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance establishes a Policy prohibiting "Happy Hours" or special events promoting serving alcoholic beverage. A. ZBA 81 -AP -87, 2013 East Euclid Avenue 2nd reading Of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2013 EAST EUCLID AVENUE This Ordinance grants a variation to permit a 50 foot buffer between the commercial property and single family homes to the south, therefore amending Ordinance No. 3533 pertaining to the subject property.
