Approval of the Minutes:
The minutes for the August 27th meeting were sent electronically by Secretary B. Peterson. A motion to
approve was made by A. Grandgeorge and was 2"d by J. Malcolm.
Treasure Report:
The board spent$16,554.98 to date this year.The current balance of the account is$279,012.50
A motion was made to approve the treasures report by W. Foehring and was 2nd by J. Miller.
Chairman Report:
Since the formation of the board,the FFITB has spent a total of over$210,000.00 dollars on
expenditures and as a reminder any member of the department can submit an expenditure request at
any time.
Old Business:
POC turn out gear-Jim Miller said the POC members that are receiving new gear will be fitted shortly. A
total price for the new gear will be$8856.00
Webbing and carabineers-Jim East has received all of the webbing and is in the process of cutting it to
the proper length. A training outline will be completed also.
Mondopad- after the demonstration by insight on Oct 16th, Dale Steward would like to officially
withdraw the request to purchase the mondopads for the stations. A motion was made to accept the
request by A. Grandgeorge and was 2nd by R. Uidl.
The FOYA request from Daily Herald reporter Jake Griffin was fulfilled. Copies of receipts and invoices
were sent to him.
New Business:
Elections for the board will take place in December.
Nominations will be accepted by Jim Miller and run for thirty days.
The following positions will be available, 2 blue shirts and 1 "at-large"
A meeting will be set in January to install the new members.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by R.Uidl at 0855 and was 2nd by A. Grandgeorge.
