Meeting called to order 0837
Motion by J Malcolm to change the minutes from the last meeting from “Jim” to “Jim
Flory”. Second by R Uidl. Motion passed 5-0

Wi-Fi March 2014 update. J Malcolm has concerns of paying for access we don’t
need. He will ask IT for access with the current equipment we already have. Motion by
B Peterson totable until the next meeting, 6/20, so the Chief can talk to IT. Second by J
Miller. Passed 5-0
Minarcik
Intubation manikins. The submittal was amended from 2 heads to 3 heads and fund
$1000 for storage cases not to exceed $4000 total. Motion J Malcolm J East second.

New Business
Novak
New flood/spot lights for Engine 518. Discussion about going to telescoping lights, like
the rear of Squad 544. The submittal was amended to include telescoping lights, wiring,
and sensors not exceed $7500. Motion J East second J Miller. Vote pending on the
results of the Chief talking to PW to see if they will pick up the cost.
