Meeting Minutes — DRAFT
February 4, 2014
In attendance: John Zulaski, Marianthi Thanopoulos, Jessica Thunberg
Call to Order: 10:06 am
• Marianthi Thanopoulos arrived 10:07 am
No citizens present to speak
Minutes from December 17, 2013, approved
Items discussed:
• Jessica Thunberg drafted and presented recommended site architecture for
Centennial website site. Sub - committee reviewed and commented. (See
attached)
• Sub - committee discussed need for Commission to develop additional sub-
committees, including fundraising /sponsorship and outreach. Those sub-
committees would be responsible for submitting relevant content to website
based on recommendations from electronic communications sub - committee.
• Sub - committee to present recommended site architecture to Commission at
March 5 meeting. At that time, Commission will be asked to review and provide
input by May meeting. Electronic communications sub - committee will develop
content development timeline to ensure we're ready for 2015 launch.
Meeting adjourned at 11:05 a.m.
