Reading of the minutes-
Motion to approve by W. Foehring 2 nd by J. Malcolm
Treasure report -
Paid the knife company $390.00 for the sharpening
Total current balance - $172,226.88
Motion to approve by R. Uidl, 2 nd by J. Miller
Chairman report- Each member must complete the 2012 OMA (open meetings act) training.
Forward the certificates to B. Peterson for the records.
Have the current list of companies on a thumb drive ready to take to the mailing company.
Only change to take place in the letter is to refer to the state statute.
Old Business:
Chief Malcolm brought in a new ballot box to be used for future voting.
New Business:
90 count SCBA mask bag purchase submittal by Dave Miller.
Discussion followed about the number needed and if all the personnel would use them.
Board members voted and the submittal was declined. 2 yes — 5 no
Motion was made by A. Grandgeorge to purchase 35 bags, to allow members some time to use
the bags and decide if they would personally want one. Cost at this time would be $1048.25
Motion 2 nd by B. Peterson
Board voted unanimously to approve the motion.
