Treasure report-
2011 income collected was $60,934.00
Current account balance of $167,796.00
Motion to approve by B. Peterson 2 nd by E. Mertes
Chairman-
Look into possible e -mail collections for future collections. Speak with Joe Knoll and Dave Erb.
Susan Rhodes from Springfield sent updated code descriptions for the insurance companies
Trustee-
Eric Mertes asked if we could get a new election ballot box for future elections.

Patio set was delivered
2011 Election results
W. Foehring ran uncontested
E. Mertes reelected
B. Peterson reelected
New Business
Motion made by A. Grandgeorge to keep the current board members in their current positions.
2nd by J. Malcolm
Motion was made by A. Grandgeorge to keep and continue to pay the annual expenses. These
include knife sharpening, cable TV, P.O. Box, and the bond. 2 nd by J. Malcolm.
