Officers report — collection letter has been finalized, the mail merge on excel is being worked on and will
be completed by 4/21/11 for the 2011 mailings
Submittal — D/C Truty jackets total $124,140
Survey of 85 possible, 50 responded — 37 yes for jacket, 13 no. Of the 37 9 would not want FFT
to pay for the jackets.
Lengthy discussion and members heard.
Motion for proposal as stands by Malcolm ... 2nd by Miller. Vote ... Miller- y, Malcolm- y, Uidl- y,
Mertes- n, Foehring- n. Result of 3 -2 vote resulting in a vote for members present on 4/21 to
purchase the jackets.
By law changes. Wording presented by Peterson to board via email.
Motion to accept wording by Uidl ... 2 nd by Miller... passed unanimous.
Minimum balance change to by laws.
Motion for minimum balance of $25,000 fund reserve of FFT monies by Malcolm ... 2dn by
Miller... passed unanimous.
New business — Flory proposal will be heard on 4/21/11 meeting.
