Chairman Report: Collection letters for 2010 with Willie Foehring and Aaron
Grandgeorge to work on letters for March to IML regarding that we are doing our own
collection.
Vice Chairman Report:

Floor scrubber to be housed at station 13
Discussion regarding the change of the floor from the sun
Public Works uses the same machine and same cleaning products
Motion for the scrubber and brushes not to exceed the amount of $9000.00

Transportation for busses for the Children's Fire Safety Festival from the Mount
Prospect POC organization
