Trustee Jim Miller wished to THANK the board on behalf of the P.O.C.’s
for the approval of money for the Children’s Fire Festival.
Committee report
William Foehring and Aaron Grandgeorge went through the list of insurance
companies for the 2010 mailing.
IML letter was completed and sent advising IML to forward any monies to
the FFITB.
Motion was made by Aaron Grandgeorge to approve the use of the mailing
company to send out 2010 letters in the price range of $700.00 to $800.00.

New Buisness
Purchase request made by FF Tom Wang to purchase a TV for the living
area at St. 13
Discussion about size, warranty and where to purchase.
Motion was made by Aaron Grandgeorge to purchase the Vizio VF550M
55” LCD TV from Costco. Although not the low bid it does provide the best
warranty.
