Meeting called to order at 0832
Members Present: B. Lambel, B. Bocox, B. Johnson, M. Pastori, M. Kowalczyk, A. Grandgeorge
Members Absent: T. Novak
Officers Reports:
Chairman- Mailings went out, collected $76,377.00 so far from the mailings that have been
received. About half of the mailings have responded. Discussed sending out a second mailing to
those who have not replied. Estimated cost to send mailings is about $500.00.
Treasurer -Current totals of $389,893.66. Discussed adding budgets with categories, Pastori and
Kowalczyk will be working on setting up those categories. Budget for 2019 at $68,000.00.
Secretary- Approval of meeting minutes for May 1St, 2018 and May 31St, 2018. Motion to
approve by Grandgeorge, second by Pastori. Vote -Yea: Lambel, Bocox, Johnson, Pastori,
Kowalczyk, and Grandgeorge. Nay -none. Approved unanimously.
Old Business:
All past submittals have be completed.
New Business:
Submittal by S. Bagdade for EMS bags. Total of 9 bags, EMS bags and Oxygen bags for a total
of $2468.07. Discussion by all. Motion to order and pay for EMS bags given by Pastori in the
amount of $2468.07, second by Johnson. Vote -Yea: Pastori, Lambel, Johnson, Grandgeorge,
Kowalczyk, Bocox. Nay -None.
Submittal by J. Dolan for annual hose testing service to be performed by National Hose Testing
Company in October in the amount of $5044.00. Discussion by all. One time submittal to FFTB
and would be brought into the Fire Department budget moving forward for 2019. Motion to
schedule and pay National Hose Testing Company to perform the annual hose testing in the
amount of $5044.00 by Pastori, second by Bocox. Vote -Yea: Pastori, Lambel, Johnson,
Grandgeorge, Kowalczyk, Bocox. Nay -None.
