Special Meeting Minutes
May 31St, 2018
Call meeting to order at 0838
Members present: B. Bocox, A. Grandgeorge, Chief Lambel, M. Kowalczyk, M. Pastori
Members absent: B. Johnson, T. Novak
New submittals. D/C Dolan request of lettering for new engine 13 from LiteBox Graphics
in the amount of $952.28. Discussion followed. Motion to approve purchase made by M.
Pastori, seconded by Chief Lambel, Vote passed unanimously by all members present.
Budget: Discussion ensued, M. Kowalczyk to add categories for the budget to expand if
needed, M. Pastori and M. Kowalczyk to work on establishing categories.
Mailings: Updated information sent to the printer and printer (MPI) sent out mailings, list
was updated and generated by M. Pastori.
Motion to adjourn made by M. Pastori, seconded by A. Grandgeorge.
