A submittal by B/C K.Wilson for the FFTB to pay for 50% of the NIPSTA membership in 2016.
Chief Lambel states advantages are discounts for numerous classes and use of stationary and
portable props owned by NIPSTA. Membership will be absorbed by the training budget in
coming years.
